Aloha
My name is Ku’uleinani Steinke, and myself, along with my husband Garrett Steinke, are the very blessed owners of Moonshot Play Space, LLC. I am born and raised on the island of O’ahu and my husband in Bishop, California. Together we have three amazing (and highly energetic) keiki – Gracen, Sage & Airi.
I have my college degree in both Child Development and Elementary Education. I was fortunate enough to teach preschool on the island of O’ahu for 4 years, and 1st grade for two years on the Big Island of Hawai’i. I then started a new career in the summer of 2016 as a “stay-at-home mom” once my oldest son, Gracen, was born. Although I loved being a full-time mother, I was deeply missing my passion of teaching. So when the opportunity to take over Moonshot Play Space, LLC was presented to us by the founders, Pat & Maile Baran-Primacio, it was an easy decision for us. It is here where I am able to fulfill my passion of teaching, while still being able to be a full-time mother to my children.
Our desire for Moonshot Play Space, LLC is to serve the community of Kailua-Kona, HI by offering a safe space where children develop skills, build self-esteem, and socialize with one another.
