11:15am: Little Lunas (3-5 Year Olds)

As our Little Lunas are now growing into “big kids”, we take our first steps into independent learning as our youngsters participate with minimal parental assistance. This fun & welcoming 1-hour class will build upon already developed skills, and aim to strengthen those skills through fun and exciting skill stations, games and relays. Students will be showered with praise and positive reinforcement to help build confidence and comfort within a physical setting. Our 100% success activities will help to build self esteem as participants accomplish task independently.

I would love to have my 4yr old daughter join all and any of your 3-5 year old drop off and/or stay in classes. She is one of those who dont qualify for Headstart preschool, and being a family with zero help from the state financially, affording schooling is hard too. We are also on the wait list for 2 other schools as well. However, aside from learning her ABC’s and 123’s, i know that putting her in a social, structural setting w/ peers her age will greatly help her transition into kindergarten next school year. I actually started putting together a program i wanted to call “Team 34” for kids ages 3-4 who are in the same predicament as us. I came to your site to ask about hosting it there 2-3 days a week, but i see you are well ahead of me! We have the same idea in mind – curriculum & main focus wise! I work full time but am willing to change up my schedule a bit to accommodate my daughter being able to have this very important time needed. Anyways, i just thought i’d share this! Thank You!
