Moonshot Play Space & Jordan Forth
Parents/Gaurdians will be working out with Jordan Forth at the FitXChange while their children enjoy supervised Open Play at Moonshot Play Space!
Jordan Forth – 45 minute Interval Training / Bootcamp Style Class; using TRX suspension trainers, BOSUs, free weights and body weight exercises. Open to all levels. Please sign up in advance. There is a 2 person minimum and 6 person maximum. $15/class + $5/child. Priority goes to Moonshot parents.
